OGDEN — A northern Utah man accused of falsifying his deceased wife’s will to give himself home and other assets is dealing with prison costs.
Jody Allen Rhorer, 43, of Eden, Weber County, was billed Monday in 2nd District Court docket with laptop or computer crimes interfering with significant infrastructure, a next-diploma felony moreover two counts of fraudulent dealing with of recordable writings and two counts of recording a wrong or cast instrument, both equally 3rd-diploma felonies.
According to charging documents, Rhorer was married to Deone Ehlers-Rhorer, 54, who died on Aug. 22. Ehlers-Rhorer was the proprietor of Woman Bug Realty in Ogden.
